How AIVA Connect Protects Your Data

Your calls and information are sensitive. We treat them with strict security standards.

Encryption

All communication uses HTTPS/TLS. Data stored in our cloud databases is encrypted at rest. Connections to carriers, Stripe, and AI providers are also encrypted.

Data Minimization

We only store what's needed: caller details, call metadata, optional transcripts or recordings, your routing rules, and billing references. You control retention of recordings and transcripts.

Payments

Stripe processes all payments. AIVA Connect never stores full card numbers. We retain only Stripe customer and subscription IDs for plan management.

Access Control

Users log in with secure authentication. Internal access to systems is limited and follows a least-privilege model. User data is isolated per account.

Recording & Transcript Control

You decide whether AIVA stores recordings or transcripts. These can be disabled or auto-deleted depending on your privacy needs.

VIP Bypass & Spam Filtering

VIP contacts can skip AIVA entirely and ring you directly. Spam calls are filtered automatically before reaching your line.

Trusted Providers

We work only with infrastructure and AI partners that maintain strong security practices. We do not sell customer data.
